"Room was dated but clean. Smoke detectors were set off by aerosol deodorant and a hair dryer. Staff were nice about it. But also acted like it’s common. We did not eat breakfast because it was expensive. Overall it was a good stay for what we needed. "

"At check-in, Owen was very friendly, explained all amenities, and displayed patience with all guests he was assisting, never making anyone feel rushed, answered all questions and deserves a raise! The room was clean, tho furnishings are dated, and all housekeeping staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces-it looks like they are happy employees! Jayden was very helpful in carrying our luggage to our room-and I saw him do this for other guests as well! Greta team at the Beckley WV location! Great value for the money!"

"If you enjoy dirty towels, dry air, dirty walls and doors, rusted tub and a pool that might give you an infection with guest who don’t watch their kids cause they would rather drink than this is the hotel for you! Oh yea and don’t look for pancakes for breakfast because the machine is broke 😆 Also the pot holes in the parking lot is a bit ridiculous"

"The staff at this hotel is always lovely! At the front desk, they are very welcoming...always offering to see if you need help or need anything in particular! We enjoy staying here! Breakfast is good and a nice variety! The hotel is clean and we always see the housekeeping team cleaning...but the property could use some updates to the bathrooms and repair! "

"The hotel is a bit unorganized when checking in staff not friendly at front desk the check in process can definitely use some changes. This hotel is close to cruise port . Very busy van service can also use some improvements."
