« Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Only downside was the breakfast, not as many selections as other hotels but sufficient. We would stay here again. »

« Hot water dribbled through spigot, musty/moldy odor downstairs, carpet not vacuumed thoroughly in my room, was not told of WiFi password on my card case, room doors very loud when closing, did not see handicapped spots, breakfast buffet subpar, no fresh fruit

« Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival. »

« Hotel is in a fantastic location to see many local sites and the New River Gorge. The staff are friendly. The WiFi is sketchy and cuts out a lot, and the breakfast is more than a little underwhelming. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 am, but we got there at 8:30 am and there was nothing much to eat. The coffee is machine coffee, but there are Keurig machines in the rooms - so you can bring your own coffee. »
