Enjoyed this unique property that was very close to the New River Gorge Bridge and the town of Fayetteville. The little Sportsman cabins were ideal for just the two of us and we appreciated the quiet surroundings. The on location restaurant was very useful during our stay. The fact that they run rafting trips out of here along with ziplining gives folks some great activities. We enjoyed it because it was close to a lot of our hikes.

We were only at the property for one full day, two nights, so we didn’t get to use all the amenities. The pool looked beautiful and there was a great view from there! Some of the stores and restaurants were not open because it was not peak season when we were there, but those that were open were very nice! We stayed in a loft style cabin and it seemed to have everything we needed for a cozy stay. The location is super great!! It is very close to NewRiverGorge National Park, and all the outdoor activities you could want!! Definitely recommend!

The quiet and darkness was great for sleeping. Loved being in the woods. We went the first week of October. We were looking forward to all the restaurants on the property. Unfortunately we were not made aware that only one would be open during our stay. That was a big disappointment. It would be nice if that fact would have been made clear on your website.

Staff was wonderful, had issues with the cabin. The bed had a big dip in it ( permanently) mattress needs to be replaced. Had an ant problem with the room, big infestation. Ran out of hot water late in the evening and the toilet cover needs to be tightened, very loose. A little outdated

I didn't get to check out the whole property, but the room was clean and very nice. Great location and there's a lot to do on site and close by. I just did a solo overnight trip for a race at New River Gorge the next day, but I'd love to come back with my family during warmer months.

Lovely location, beautiful views from the room. Restaurant served good variety of food. Room functional, bed good. If you like 60s decor this place is for you. My way of saying it could do with a remodel, but maybe others like it the way it is.
