"My experience with this hotel and with Travelocity was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The hotel was undergoing construction during my stay, yet guests were not informed in advance. There was a strong paint smell throughout the building, along with dust on multiple floors and in common areas, which made the environment very uncomfortable. The most frustrating issue was the lack of customer service. The manager, Nick, was never available to speak with despite multiple requests. Front desk staff repeatedly stated they did not have authority to resolve issues and said the manager would call me back, but I never received a return call. I checked in on a Friday afternoon before attending a church conference at 7:00 PM. Upon entering my room, I immediately reported that the air-conditioning unit had a broken fan making a very loud noise. I was assured it would be repaired, but the maintenance technician was working on another room with no hot water. When I returned at 10:00 PM, I was informed that maintenance staff leave at 4:00 PM, meaning no repair had been completed. Since no alternative rooms were available, I had no choice but to sleep in the room. I was not reimbursed. I used Travelocity to book my stay. I filed a complaint and requested an investigation and a full refund. Two weeks later and still no response. I do not recommend using either the hotel or Travelocity."

"Filthy, crusted brown stain on bathroom floor. Brown stain on both lampshades next to the bed. Stain on bedspread and bathroom mirror cracked all the way from Top to bottom. This was the 2nd room We went to. The first wax even worse"

"This is NOTHING like the photos on here. NOTHING is clean or safe. The staff all have bad attitudes because they know how bad the place is! Any place that makes you inspect the room BEFORE you check in and pay already knows they are crap. There hasn't been a pool for over a year and they don't plan to fix it. There are homeless living in the parking lot. The room was gross. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. There was a big gap under the door and around the door frame. There were barking dogs in one of the rooms being lived in. The filter on the room air conditioner was filthy. And there was a roach crawling in the bathroom."
