Nos merveilleux cottages à Castlegar

« Really friendly service but no breakfast like mentioned when booking. No milk for coffee on the first day. Pretty old building so we could hear people walking above us a few times. Is that why the tv was black and white? Also the hot water tank is probably connected with other units cause we were losing hot water while showering in the morning. And my partner used the toilet when i was in the shower and i almost got boiled. Internet work on phones but not on laptop. Beds were very comfy tho. »

« Fire alarm started beeping at 3:30am and required us to call the manager to confirm no fire danger…no one responded to the first call to operator and finally a staff person came to the door…fire alarm went off again but then was silent for the rest of the night…not a good night’s sleep but we were offered another room to stay in but we didn’t take it…not going to leave our room without taking our bags as suggested by staff member…room was really warm and had problems with the air...

« What a great little spot. The hotel was very historic the bar and gril good. Had fun playing pool with a couple of local woman - so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely go back. If you are there, you must check out the rock art around town. Very impressive »
