I love to stay at Best Western Plus on Baker Street when I visit Nelson, BC. The rooms are clean. The bed is so comfortable! The staff are friendly and so so helpful! They really go out of there way to make your stay perfect!

Great location downtown- walking distance to all shops. Breakfast was good, but I thought expensive for the granola bowl. Coffee was great and service was perfect. I forget the young lady’s name but a local. We didn’t try the Pizza but it looked amazing! We should have stayed 3 nights!

Really enjoyed the suite with a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. Was exactly what me and my partner wanted. We could have done without the dirty pillow case but besides that we loved it. AMAZING restaurant attached.

Overall it's a nice hotel. The restaurant is excellent and the staff were pleasant. Unfortunately we didn't get our room cleaned for two days. After notifying the front desk twice we did get it done and we're given some compensation.
