Right at the beginning of Baker street this was a perfect and accessible spot to stay. The suites are beautiful and extra touches inside make you feel well taken care of, the included laundry was a big help while travelling with a baby, and the staff are easy to reach, helpful and sweet.

Great place to stay.

Comfortable location to stay at. Quiet area, easy walk to restaurants, Main Street, etc. Damage to the outside fire escape stairs from a vehicle “not making the corner”, which made them unusable, was a bit concerning. The grout between the tile above the shower was rather stained, and could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, an enjoyable, quiet, good location place to stay.

Room had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Ate at home a few times because we had a kitchen, ate out because we were close to Baker Street. Helpful owner. Convenient to downtown. Noisy with commuters during working day due to traffic from off-ramp and highway, however that calmed down as the night went on.

We love how clean and cozy it is. Our 2 kids loved the bunkbeds and the view from the bedrooms with the mountain backdrop is just incredible. The location is prime, just 10min walk from Cottonwood Falls and 5min walk from any restaurants or shops. Highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful historic property renovated into several units. It's welcoming the second you reach the gate as you walk under an arbor covered in flowers. The lawn and gardens are well maintained. Inside they have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Dishes, soaps, extra toilet paper, hair dryers and even a fan are provided. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Nelson on foot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Loved the old character of the beautiful charming house. Very walkable to amazing restaurants. The only thing to note, it is not quiet as it’s right next to a highway off ramp/busy road, also can easily hear guests is other rooms and above with the creeky floors but guests did a good job during quiet hours. Host was very helpful with local info and exploring nearby ski areas.

The property manager Debbie is excellent in customer care. She sent me a message prior to my arrival informing me of her role. When I contacted her for a kettle during my stay, she responded and took care of my ask in a timely fashion. My experience of staying in this lovely nostalgia house was cosy and comfortable.

Lovely retro Victorian house, just around the corner from Baker street shops and restaurants but on a quiet side street. Large rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped with good coffee and a pasta meal provided by the owners. Good communication. Very good place to stay.

Very cute little guest house. Different apartments in an old, historic house. You can't beat the location. You are a block off of the main street of downtown and can walk almost anywhere. Communication with the staff is excellent.

Best Hotel Room Stay Ever!

Great location. Close to downtown Nelson just off of Baker Street. Very quiet at night. Close proximity to all services. Owners had stocked my suite with coffee, pasta, sauce. Etc. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Nelso. Cheers
