"Very clean and comfortable "

"Breakfast- sufficient for family. Some bf staff were a bit rude to kids and at their own pace in restocking basic items. Evening happy hour with snack made it up for days we were back early. Room service was every other day, and simple towel replacement request from customer were never entertained. Small covered pool with time restrictions as they were lending some hours for outside training sessions. Metrorail under the building was the only ++ for the location and our stay."

"Location was great, subway was just a block or 2 away. Staff was great. 20 minute walk to a few of the museums. As for the room, there were 2 red jellybeans on the floor by the beds. Even after 1 night and housekeeping came, they were still there. Sink had chips/crack, visible stains on carpet. Bathroom was clean, but those details took away the quality that was expected. Pillows were too big or bulky, not comfortable to sleep on. "

"Street parking was easily accessible. The property was well maintained. You will be climbing lots of stairs from the street and to the 3rd floor. Lovely host. "

"Kitchen and facilities were great! No car. Staff very helpful and friendly. I stayed in Annex on top floor. The room needs some a clothes rack if additional wall hooks near sinks and om walls for hanging clothes.. "
