"Clean, good location and good price "

"It’s my families favourite hotel in Kelowna. Everything was great about this hotel except one thing. Poor cable package for sports, was unable to watch any NHL playoffs from my room. And it sounds like we never received Expedia VIP perk. But location, service is second to none. "

"I am having a nightmare time with the billing. I tried talking with The Royal Kelowna but their response is unsatisfactory. First, there are three charges on my credit card between April 22 and April 26: $712.34, $277.37 and $714.27. I am going to dispute all of these charges and hope that The Royal Kelowna will submit one charge for what I owe. When I spoke with the representative, he told me that my room charge went up and day 2 and up again on day 3 -- he said I had been notified, but that never happened. This is a lovely, lovely facility but the billing is a nightmare. "

I loved the fact that you could choose your pillow firmness! The breakfasts were good - especially the chocolate filled pastry. Would absolutely stay here again."
