It has everything my family needed, especially the playground in the back for the little ones. Very close to a super market and freeway. Plenty of room for the family of 6 with baby in the master with us. Kids enjoyed the playset outside. There were books and blocks already there that kept the baby entertained. I thought VRBOs never rented to 2 families in the same site. Also there were no instructions for anything. We had a hard time shutting off the thermostat. It came on in the middle of the night.
