« Absolutely loved this property. We spent most of our time outside relaxing in the yard - sometimes around the fire pit. We also loved walking the trail system that circles the lagoon that is right by the property. The house had everything we needed and was well appointed. I had trouble opening the door - my fault! and the host responded very promptly. No other issues at all. The most relaxing trip. I am already trying to see when we can come back. Thank you!! »

The beach is just minutes away from your doorstep and the view from the condo is breathtaking. Would love to come back soon! »

« Our stay was wonderful! The house was very nice, three large bedrooms, nice big kitchen, the bathroom was nice and the beds were super comfy. We had seven people for Friendsgiving and we had everything we needed to cook. The house is just down the street from a beautiful beach that has a parking lot. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend! »

« This place was perfect for a family vacation to Legoland and the beach. We arrived and the kids were immediately occupied by all of the toys in the play room leaving the adults the ability to unpack and get settled in without and interruptions. The house was stocked with everything you need for a day down at the beach, we really appreciated the chairs and big wheeled beach wagons to carry our stuff and the kids loved the plentiful beach toys. »

« This condo was absolutely beautiful and felt very new and clean. Plenty of room for our extended family. Location was perfect, short walk to beach, restaurants, stores, farmers market. We will be making this an annual trip! »

« The house was a perfect location for our 2 day trip to Legoland. Plenty of room for 3 Adults and 3 children ages 3, 4 and 6 House was clean and beds very comfortable. Nice large dining room table and kitchen was well equipped. Having a single story was great with the kids. »

« Great location, homey unit. Could use upgrades on toilets, child height, and primary bath/shower, hard to get into. Additions could include a cutting board in the kitchen and adult size hangers in all the closets. Stairs could be a safety hazard for some. »

« The property has high ceilings, and is very spacious. The kitchen and living room are upstairs with two of the three bedrooms and fits in perfect. The master bedroom has a direct view of the ocean and the beach is a 1 minute walk from the property. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub and shower. The stairs and bedrooms are carpeted. « We completely enjoyed our stay here in Carlsbad! This home is truly a jewel and has everything we needed for our 6 week-stay. The location was so convenient to shopping, walking trails and amazing restaurants and the beach was withiin a 10 minute drive. The backyard is a perfect place to relax, soak up the sun and socialize with family and friends. John and Sharon are wonderful hosts and pro-active without being invasive! We hope to stay here again for future visits to North County San Diego! »

« If we stayed again I wouldn’t bother paying the extra $100 a day for the pool to be heated. It was still very cold for an extra $500. Other than that, the house was great for our family. We would stay again, for sure. »

« This home was wonderful for our family. Walking distance to Tamarack Beach. Great views and a fun backyard for kids. We enjoyed the sandbox, fire pit and the BBQ. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality linens. Very comfortable and beautiful decor. »
