"Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could want. Staff was lovely and very Informative. The food was OK. They could do better with room service menu. This hotel was very dog friendly. There were literally dogs everywhere so if you don’t like dogs, this probably wouldn’t be the place for you. A guest even had their dog running around the pool off leash. The dog started to follow myself and my kids. Not cool (wasn’t friendly) and I love dogs! "
"Great hotel and location. You won't be disappointed. The staff was genuinely friendly and excited to connect. The hotel is very clean. (and we are picky about that, so thank you Springhill Carlsbad.) Rooms are comfortable. The rooftop patio has views of the ocean, fire pits, bar, etc. Easy walking access to the beach, downtown Carlsbad, and lots of great food venues. We would definitely stay here again. "

The rest of the room just seemed a little worn. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the overall experience was good just needs a few...

"Clean and great interior of the room, lights were nice and bright. Really loved the place.
The door to the adjoining room could have been thicker to absorb the neighbors sounds."
