"We had a family gathering there for spring break with my husband, teenage daughter and 83 year-old dad staying at the house. We had other family local that hung out with us on the patio with all the cousins using the pool. One of our family members has a walker and was able to walk along the side of the house to get to the patio (no stairs). The house has a few steps between kitchen and family room. I ran down to / along the beach every morning (0.66 mile to the beach). It was wonderful! ...
