"Estuve por 3 noche 4 días y la estancia del cuarto horrible. La sábanas no estaban cambiada el olor era a sudor mix como de cuando alguien se mete a la cama con ropa mojada a humedad. Tuve que sacar 2 sábanas limpias del carro de las de servicio para poder dormir bien sin ningún olor. La ducha estaba sucia. Yo no uso maquillaje y cuando abrí la tuaya que ponen debajo del lavamos la tuaya tenía maquillaje horrible. El personal no es muy agradable las personas del buffet hablando alto sobre unos vasos que otro mesero comió y que no era de él dando actitud y después hablando sobre unas botellas de vino me imagino igual que porque lo habré y eso de muy mal gusto estar escuchando esas clases de conversación. Después en la mañana cuando estaba tomando mi desayuno me pasar par de cucharadas por los pies. Muy feo eso si por lo menos el lobby está muy limpio pero lo demás horrible. La comida no había variedad siempre era la misma opciones. Cuando llegué al hotel alrededor de las 3.30 los restaurantes todos estaban cerrados y tenían que esperar hasta la 6 para que abrieran el buffet."

"I have stayed in Punta Cana twice before, but this was by far the best resort experience, especially because of the incredible service from the staff. Everybody was positive and glad to help. A special thank you to Hector at the front desk, who helped with the room and made sure I received a quiet room. I also want to recognize Vivian and Raquel for going above and beyond with my food allergies and helping arrange special meals during the stay. Their care and attention made such a difference. Santiago was also extremely helpful and careful whenever delivering room service food. The coffee shop was amazing and so cute, and Yordania always provided excellent service with such a positive attitude every day. At the Kitchen Table Buffet, Santa always made sure I had everything, and was so attentive whenever I walked in to get food. The beach is definitely windy and has surf, but honestly it ended up being not a problem. I spent time there every day from around 9am until 4pm, and the breeze kept the weather comfortable so I never felt overheated, unlike other resorts where after 1 hour I wanted to go inside. The overall resort is not large, which made it easy to walk and explore. The gym is fantastic and has TechoGym equipment. The wildlife is also unique with parrots and small birds- definitely check out the Eco Park walk. Overall, this was such a peaceful and relaxing vacation, and the outstanding staff made it unforgettable."

"I'll start with positives: room was cleaned every day. Food at the restaurants was good. The cleanliness of the pool and surrounding area was definitely a big issue. We got to the hotel and Thursday night and Friday pool was very clean but after that it wasn't touched. By Monday you had plastic cups sunk at the bottom of the pool, lots of sand, napkins floating etc. I brought it up on Saturday to the staff with the hopes that they would clean it but we left the property without anyone touching it."
