The butler that was assigned to me was really helpful. Checking out wasn’t an issue either. Booking the Platinum service got me some advantages like exclusive bar and buffet service."

"Pool and beach were amazing temperature. Drinks were great. The staff don’t speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. Received a bit of miscommunication due to the language barrier but other than that it was a nice trip. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained. Very lively environment we thoroughly enjoyed our time here"
