"This is a 3 Star resort charging 4-5 Star prices, including a $40 resort fee per person, which is pretty high for a place under construction, without good walking paths, and charging very high prices for all food and drinks. Our floors had been swept, but not mopped - my feet got filthy walking barefoot in our room and I had to wash them just to get into bed. The beach is very nice, the pools are very nice, the staff is very nice, but overall, we had a mediocre experience and would not recommend this to our friends."

"Great place! Very comfortable, in a nice area with all the amenities one would want. The warm pool was very enjoyable as well. We were upgraded to beach front, and while it wasn't advertised as included we were lucky to have access to chairs and beach equipment, which was nice! "

"Nice cozy place with beautiful morning views of the sunrise. Bed wasn’t very comfortable for my liking, but I can easily overlook those things. "

"We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down."

"The condo was clean and in a good location. Thanks to the owner for making this the only good part of our stay. We spent almost 2,000 for two nights including golf cart rental and were unable to enter any of the restaurants or use the golf course. This is a "South Seas" problem and pretty embarrassing to be told to leave a brand new restaurant because we did not have "wristbands". We were there for a wedding hosted by South Seas and will never stay there again because of their ridiculous policies towards VRBO rentals. We were forced to leave the resort just to get a drink at RC Otters where they actually accept cash and credit cards! South Seas is now considered a joke by all of us who stayed there and none of us will ever return."

"Home could use a spruce up but loved the location, close to eats, drinks shopping and beach. Perfect for our small group but looking to return with family vacation event. Perfect for friend group and or family. We will be back. Thanks so much"
