"Newly renovated and very easy to live in for a family vacation by the beach. We've stayed in this beach front community previously and the pool and quick access to beach and several island restaurants is perfect. This particular home is equiped with all the gear for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and even bikes; a well stocked kitchen - spices, zip lock baggies, foil and even a sandwich press; as well as a full washer and dryer with laundry detergent available. Our family of 6 was very comfortable all week and we would reccomend!"

"We had a wonderful time! The home was clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. We were traveling with all ages from 68 to two one yr olds. The two masters on the first floor were nice for my husband and I’s elderly mothers. The master up stairs had a wonderful bonus room that had a crib and a toddler bed. It was so nice having my youngest children so close but yet separated for some privacy. They had everything you would need for small children including baby gates, baby monitor and pack n plays. We would put the babies down for a nap and head to the beach with the monitor without any issue!There is also a nice shaded spot for the babies to play under the deck that kept my 1 and 4 yr olds occupied for hours. The beach was PERFECT. Wonderful sunrise views with calm waters for our younger children. The private beach was perfect and came stocked with yard games like cornhole and even games for the children. Also plenty of beach seating. The ice maker and fridge beachside were such a blessing. A cold drink was always just steps away. I also liked that our private beach had clear boundaries that kept my children on our property …. this was the first vacation wear my kids could roam and play and I could actually sit and relax. Great beachside fishing also! The gulf carts were in great shape and had plenty of room with having the two available. The owner and management company are very responsive and kind and are truly just a text away. Highly Recommend!"

"Gulf Dreams is a beautiful property and we were so happy we were able to stay here still post-hurricane Ian. The kitchen and entire house are unbelievably stocked. There is literally nothing that has not been thought of. The pool area is amazing, and having your own boardwalk to the beach is such a treat. We would love to stay again in the future!"

"Our stay at Tween Waters was excellent! We had a bay view room with kitchenette. Free entertainment outside of our room consisted of watching manatees playing just six feet from shore! Room was clean. We had issues with the TV where we had no cable for two nights. Workers came right away to try to fix it but cable company needed to come out. I was a little upset because I missed the NCAA championship men’s game. Everyone there was extremely helpful. My husband has a bad hip (scheduled for surgery) so to walk is very painful. All we had to do is call the front desk and they would send a golf cart and driver to take us wherever we needed to go. I loved every minute and was sad to have to come back to reality!!!"

"This was part of our family's 2nd trip to North Captiva and the island provided the perfect vacation destination. The house had all the space we needed for our group of 14. The kids loved having the pool and the trek to the beach was short and easy. We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins on the beach everyday. Our only issue was that the water pump wasn't working when we arrived and it look a couple of days to get it resolved. Once that was on working order we were able to fully relax and enjoy the paradise that North Captiva has to offer."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house super-clean, well-stocked and ready for us. There was even music playing on the stereo as we arrived. The beach chairs, umbrellas and toys were great. We really liked having the wagon to haul our stuff down to the beach on our short walk. The pool was perfect for us. All in all, we had a great stay and hope to come back soon."

"We had a great time at this property and plan to return! It was very clean and had many of the things you need so we didn’t have to pack! The beach is very close and an easy walk! The golf cart is left at where the ferry drops you off so it’s easy to get to the house and saves you money. We were very impressed by everything. Thank you!!!"

"Our stay was amazing!! The beach and sunsets are second to none. The condo is just steps away from the beach. Also close to great restaurants and shops. Very nice updated condo. We will definitely be back!!!"
