« Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend! »

« Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again »

« The condo was great. Don’t worry about not having full access to south seas. The resort isn’t fully back to where it was pre hurricane so make sure you reserve beach gear to rent. There are great restaurants close by that are better than the resort. The beach is great and pool. If you do play tennis they have modified some courts for pickleball. If you are coming for tennis and been to South Seas before the storms. The main tennis center is gone (blackwood tennis) so no lessons or clinics but...

« I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. « Room clean but small actually hotel room. Bathroom is roomy shower is nice but has no dresser for storage. two drawers under the bed. small closet. perfect combination for two. Screen porch ground level direct access to the beach. No view of Beach the dunes have been replaced. Which took away the view. « The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access.
