We absolutely love the Serenity pool area and enjoyed a spectacular sunset from the Crows Nest bar followed by a top notch dinner at the Old Captiva House. Shelby was a charming waitperson. Our room was very clean. Everything was very close to our room - pool, coffee, front desk, restaurants. We rented a golf cart to get places quickly and try out other restaurants in the area. The beach was open and covered in shells. Our King size bed was not as comfortable as we thought and the pillows were somewhat old. The room was overall clean and we had a great view of the beach. The amenities were a nice addition, but if you don’t use it they still charge you the Resort Fees.
