The Space: This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. Guest Access: Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. Construction noise all day starting at 7am each day. Elevator not working so need to bring luggage and items up flight of stairs. Lost water to unit for 3 hours so had to contact host about that.
