"Marina location in a residential area. Easy drive from Ft Myers. A car is a must .Restaurants on premises as well as nearby. All rooms have lanais and lovely water views. Staff is generous and helpful with plenty of towels and bottled water. There are three pools on the property, one of which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel pool was crowded with many noisy children and toddlers who didn’t contribute to a peaceful, relaxing environment you would anticipate. With the exception of the noisy pool, it is a very nice facility in all regards."

"We found the property very handy to the beach and spent a lot of time by the pool. The room was very clean - the staff sweeps the sand out every day. Some of our family was staying at the next property and we could easily walk across the lots in seconds. The BRGR restaurant was very handy so no need to get in the car to eat. The area has bike paths so walking and biking was pleasant. The drawbacks were minor: tiny bathroom with no vent, and the lounges by the pool were extremely uncomfortable, with a metal bar hitting the wrong place underneath and with a big gap between the back and the flat part where you might want to put your bottom. "

"This resort is amazing. The suite rooms are great and comfortable with a good sized balcony to enjoy to ocean breeze. The multiple on site restaurants have great food and service. All staff interaction was professional, fun, and friendly. Great party vibe and fun with good amenities. Really good drinks at the bars and excellent bartenders and servers. Easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants. This was our 2nd time there with friends and have booked for next year. Very fun resort to stay at. Can't wait to get back again. Highly recommend this resort for a place to stay on your next trip. "

"Room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable, one of the nicest I've slept on at a hotel. The mini kitchen was great to put leftovers. The resort was next to the beach so that makes the getting there very convenient. The resort is located about a 10 min walk to the downtown Fort Myers Beach. The Coste restaurant was excellent. One of the nice perks of staying here was the fact that each room gets a umbrella and 2 lounger everyday. Overall, very happy with the stay and would definitely come back."

"The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. That was all I needed. Nice having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room too."

"The staff is awesome. They go above and beyond. Especially Peter and Kelly. They do the best that they can given who run down the hotel is. The rooms have a weird smell and way too humid. The gym is run down. The laundry room is rusted and machines do not work properly. The pillows and bed are horrible. The toilets do not flush properly. Got a good deal so I hate being so hard but the property does not live up to the Marriott name. Again, all the workers from cleaners to front desk are great. "

"Love the breakfast buffet and the comfortable beds! Have stayed in this particular location twice and finally asked what mattresses they have on the beds. Comfortable and great staff! Received warm cookies and breakfast vouchers when we arrived."
