The hotel is a bit expensive, but it's certainly worth it.
Our 2 bedroom pool villa located on the top of the mountain cliff. The view from villa was gorgeous.
The staffs were nice, friendly and helpful.
You must grab a drink at BaBa Nest where the sunset view was stunning. Please book in advance.
The lifeguard on the private beach was a pro photographer who took the best jumping photos for us.
Especially thank you Khun Katoon and the lifeguard for making our stay so enjoyable in Phuket.
I'm in love with Sri Panwa.
And I will definitely be back soon.

Coming into the hotel we were surprised with the view just like the photos. The room was beyond our expectations with a sea view. There were minor defects in our room e.g. small crack in a tile and a basic leaked which was repaired without mentioning it. So I suspect they already knew about it.
The staff were beyond friendly, by the half way through our stay the chefs had learnt by partners breakfast habits and cook it. We had breakfast opened early for us the last day just for two.
To add more detail about the location which some reviews have extremes. The location is a ten minute or so drive from by shops in phuket town. However there is a deli across the road we only noticed on the last day (it's extremely cheap compared to Western targeted stores you'll be taken to). Compared to the tourist actives it's relatively far, therefore activities you'll be charged more but $4-8 isn't going to break the bank. Being away from the tourist location is lovely as it's more quiet in comparison to patong, however taxi's will cost more as they know they can exploit this. A day driver is the best remedy.
A few reviews mentioned the view, it is a mud flap so at low tide the outside view will become muddy but then you get to see all the crabs scuttle. It's only low tide for a couple of hours.
I would say this is the best value 5 star hotel you'll get in phuket. My pilot on the way home mentioned it's his choice when he stays overnight too or with his family.
Stayed for a wedding next door; place is lovely, clean, beach and pool facility is picturesque.
Regrettably the sand beneath the ocean is full of rocks and shells making frolicking difficult/dangerous.
Located on a hilltop overlooking the Andaman Sea, this hotel is one km (0.6 miles) from Phuket Aquarium, and five km (three …More
Really enjoyed our 8 day stay
The food was very good and nearby beach resteraunts are literally on the beach. Perfect to unwind and relax.
About 40 minutes from Patong so best to hire a car or if you prefer a scooter.
Have your own wifi as the hotel wifi is practically unusable. It will boot you off within 1 minute if you read a blog but if you continually stream, play music or watch a video you are ok for 2 hours then blocked that day.
Excellent deal with flights included so I may stay again if I cannot get another Panwa hotel cheap deal. We use wifi regularly and the hotel management know of the issues but the owner is unwilling to fix. Been a long standing problem apparently.
We stayed at Bandara for three nights and loved it! Great to escape from the hustle and bustle of the main centers, and relax on the beach. Not a hugely tourist area, so no one to heckle you on the streets. Bliss!
The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great rooftop pool and bar area. The rooms are very tastefully decorated with great showers! They run a daily activity schedule, with things like yoga and Thai language lessons- we even took a Muai Thai boxing class. This resort is brilliant value for money and the staff are all lovely. Buffet breakfast has all the essentials and the restaurant menu is comprehensive. Guests are free to use the facilities at the Bandara Villas nextdoor also.
I hope to visit Bandara Resort again some day. I had the best times of my whole Thailand trip at Cape Panwa, and it was by far the cheapest hotel we stayed at... Recommending to all my friends!
Located 10 minutes south of Phuket Town, this cape is populated by rubber and palm plantations. Major attractions in the area include quiet beaches, the Phuket Aquarium at the Marine Biological Centre, and the deep sea port and naval base. On the western side of the cape is a yacht club offering regular yachting and family-orientated activities.
