The owner was very friendly & welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The fridge & microwave were a bonus. The Continental breakfast had great variety. Across the road from the train station for those doing the Royal Gorge train trip - we did. Close to excellent restaurants. Five Star!

The tents were fabulous. Very clean and spacious. The fire pit outside was a great hit with the family as it got cold at night. The bathrooms and showers are only a 2 minute walk, and again very clean and spacious. Excellent experience.

We were hoping to visit the Colorado Springs area for several days and found this gem online. To be honest, it was mainly the price (and the excellent reviews) that attracted us. Although it was an hour away from Colorado Springs, we thought we'd give it a try. Are we ever grateful we did!! We still love the price, but now we have any number of other reasons to also recommend this place! First, is the staff. Joanne, Mike, and others were all exceptionally hospitable and helpful in every way....

We stayed in the Pee Wee Airstream for a different experience. It was cute and clean; nothing fancy, but we knew that when we booked. Communal bathroom was large and clean. a/C and heat in the trailer was great we were very comfortable. Overall if you’re looking for a basic accommodation in Salida at a reasonable price this is a good choice.

Great location. Nicely decorated. Refrigerator and microwave great. Nice bathroom. Great service. Snacks for breakfast were a bonus. Room is very compact, perhaps a smaller table. Air conditioner works well but blows into wall so difficult to get a good temperature. Easy parking.

Cute motel that perfectly suits the vibe of Manitou Springs. Older motel, but very clean. Walking distance to all restaurants downtown. Shuttle to Manitou incline picks up across the street. Would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful

If you need to stay in Buena Vista, this hotel is in great shape has extremely comfortable beds and rooms, and has a really nice stuff! The breakfast also has lots of great food, so you can fuel up for big outdoor days outside

The location was a bit remote from shops but there were no sketchy people around because of that. Lots of parking, breakfast was included so that was super convenient. Clean nice rooms, very friendly staff
