Furnishings and decor are spare, and the kitchen is functional for a limited amount of cooking. "The property was very spacious and had everything we would want. The location is perfect; tucked away down and alley from the main water front in Venice. A short walk to all the main attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Both Angelo and Emamuela were very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues. They recommended a boat tour, met us at the boat stop after we arrived and made the visit a wonderful experience!"

"We were two couples and we found the apartment perfect for our three day stay. It’s spotlessly clean, well equipped and has restaurants, shopping and grocery stores all nearby. You will not find a host as dedicated as Alessandro. He met us at the vaporetto stop, got us settled and spent quite some time giving us advice and tips on how to have an amazing Venice experience. You will not be disappointed - we found it to be a true gem."

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"

"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great.
