« Halcyon House was one of the best places we've ever stayed through VRBO. Marilee has been responsive and helpful throughout the process.The location was perfect. It's an easy walk to the little city Amador, and a short drive to Sutter Creek. The house is clean, comfortable, and feels like a home without being fussy. We hope to be back in warmer weather so we can enjoy the back patio, but the front porch was lovely in afternoon sun. »

« Loved this property and owner! The second year in October that we've stayed. We're a group of 14 family mother/daughters ages 24 to 92 yrs. The house is perfect for all ages with 4 bedrooms downstairs for older family members. We sat 14 at the dining room table which is a huge plus for meals and playing games.The grounds are beautiful. We relaxed around the pool and had a fun, spirited game of bocce with the lit court.Kitchen has everything you could ever need.Two refrigerators held everything...
