« We had a great stay. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house was perfect for our stay. We traveled to AZ for our daughters college graduation and we able to enjoy the space. The heated pool was so nice to have in the high 70s temps in mid-December. There was a lot of space and a lot of games - this house is all set to have a fun time. »

« Frank was very communicative and responsive. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but he seems like the type that would have taken care of them if we did.There was lots of extra bedding which was awesome because we did utilize the pull out couch. There was also plenty of cleanliness products in case you forgot something. Surprisingly, there was also a shaded, enclosed patio in the back! We loved that!My only gripe is the place isn't as bright as in the photos; it could do with some bright...

We greatly appreciate the host providing a relaxed atmosphere as we have a dog and our family visiting as guests (didn’t stay the night) has a dog. « This was a wonderful location and house for us during our visit to Phoenix. The house is amazing! The kitchen has the beast stock of utensils and dishes that I have ever seen in a VRBO. The rest of the house was quite comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The backyard was a great place for our small children to play. Sonia, the host, is amazing to work with. She was very responsive and attentive to anything we asked from her. We will Definitely stay here again if...

There was a ping pong table and I forgot how competitive my grown sons were. It was fun to watch them play. Thank you for all the clean towels and the atmosphere. « The house was very nice. Some of the doors did not open with the door code - the most inconvenient was the garage door opener inside the garage. Some of the instructions need to be updated: Information in the house said the pool cleaner would come on Monday but he came on Thursday while we were swimming. Instructions said to take trash out to the alley but the gate was locked so we couldn't access the trash bin without walking around other homes to get to the alley. But the house itself was...

« Host was very responsive and kind. Invited us to try the oranges and grapefruit on the trees in front of the duplex. The living room was large and comfortable, everything was spotless. Backyard was completely fenced and safe for dogs. It has pea gravel, not grass. We felt safe in the unit and the neighborhood. Will stay again if opportunity arises. »

« Came to Phoenix and had to stay for a week for business. This home was clean, comfy, and close by to uptown restaurants. It was also convenient to get to downtown. The hosts, Patryk and Bailey, were very responsive and helpful (usually responded within 5 minutes) in answering my questions. Would definitely recommend. »
