Check-in instructions were clear and getting to the property was easy. Its in a quiet, slow neighborhood and has a nice park nearby. The townhouse is simple, but it has updated features and is clean. Nice looking pool, although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Lots of linens. I spoke with the owner prior to arrival who answered my questions and was friendly. We were there for family weekend at GCU. One mile from campus.
