"When I booked room I asked for a walkin shower. Upon arrival to room I noticed no walkin shower. I called front desk and someone called me back and found me a room with walkin shower. By that time I had already unpacked and was not about to pack up again to move. So I refused the room. I am very glad they tried to help me and not just blow me off like your other hotel in Oxnard did. Kudos to your staff."

When it came time for me to extend my room, another two nights, the hotel was sold out and basically told me I had to leave the property and go to another hotel. Completely unprofessional, eight at the Daly Grill almost every day, the customer service in this hotel absolutely is horrible"
