We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing.
