"It was a seamless booking experience with the ability to book a private car from the airport to their bed& breakfast.The property was exceptionally clean and very welcoming. Our hosts were very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was available at 8am with coffee, cappuccino, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. "I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights prior to a cruise. The room, staff, location...everything was wonderful. I just want others to be aware of 2 things. 1)The website clearly quotes airport transfer shuttle for €50 for car, not pp. We were greeted at the airport by a very friendly driver & transported safely to the hotel...the fee however, was €150(€175 if paying with credit card). When discussed with the owner she just replied that transportation is seperate...

"Simple and cozy. Located 20-minute walk to free cruise shuttle. Excellent restaurants and coffee bar within a block. The owner, Stefan, (speaks English) is very warm, hospitable, helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay before and after cruising. Booking was easy! Go into town and buy a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass on the terrace at sunset. We'll remember our stays there fondly. When/If we go to Civitavecchia again, we will ALWAYS stay there. If you're high-maintenance and demand luxury, find another place. If you want a relaxed, easy going, no frills, no hassle stay, this is it. (When you get there, walk into the building, go up one floor to find it at the top of the stairs. Ring the bell on the right.) "
