If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was incredibly accommodating, easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to help schedule a taxi. I will be coming back and very highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful choice we made with this place. Clean,comfortable,convenient and welcoming. The host made us feel so welcome. She was in touch with us days before our arrival and supplied us with excellent directions on how to find the place and gain access. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. After a long flight, it was such a comfort to relax after a nice shower. I highly recommend this place and will stay again if I’m ever in the Civitavecchia area.

Room was very clean. Excellent location near many restaurants and the cruise port. Excellent communication with staff. Nice welcome package. Flexible on check in was excellent for us as we arrived early into Rome airport. Would stay again and will recommend to everyone.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay ahead of joining a cruise. The location was great being halfway between the railway station and the cruise shuttle bus station. It was near the restaurants, supermarket, and seafront. Fiorella met us at the room which was very nice, had a great shower, and air conditioning which we needed. There was a handy lift just big enough for 2 people with luggage which we really appreciated. There was a very nice basket of breakfast treats in the room and 2 bottles of water which were very welcome. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The guest house was spotless, comfortable, and in the perfect location near the Rome cruise port, making our travel day so easy. Our host was beyond incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. She recommended the perfect itinerary for the day so that we can discover the cute small town. She made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The day of our cruise she made sure we had transportation and arrive to the port on time! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent communication throughout our stay. We highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, and we will absolutely return on our next trip to Rome. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Fiorella was extremely helpful. From the excellent directions and pictures to help us find the property, to meeting us there upon our arrival. The explanations of the property amenities and recommendations of local restaurants, right through to showing us on a map the easiest way to get to the port, she was a joy! Friendly and so helpful. We would not hesitate in recommending Vicolo to anybody planning a stay in Civitavecchia. The property is centrally placed for all local amenities. Excellent!!

I give this place 5 stars. The room is big. I was lucky to have bathroom in the room because we were upgraded. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. It's in the center of Rome so everything is very easy to get to. It was quiet at night so sleeping wasn't the problem. The room had great air-conditioneding. They also provided you with small a coffeemaker and tea maker machine and free snacks. My only advice is no matter with who you book keep and I on your email because they would get in contact with you over and over again. Please don't do like I that never look at that email and regret it later. There is no one there to check you in so comunicación is very important. I would have been waiting outside for 6 hours thank God for the beautiful lady that came 6 hours early and a loud us to come in early and check in. I'm embarrassed that I forgot her name all I remember is that it starts with the letter F. I Will come again the room is big the check in eas easy and it's in the center of Rome. Great place and I felt same even at night. Lots of restaurants to eat.

The Property Manager was absolutely fantastic. She ensured our check in/check out was simple and efficient. She was even kind enough to arrange a shuttle for us to the cruise port for the next morning. The room was wonderful! Clean, comfortable with all the amenities required plus a few perks (water & snacks) The location was super. Just walk out your door and with a few steps there are restaurants & bars food or drink.

Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. High ceilings and lovely outlook onto cafes below. Fiorella was lovely, so kind, communicative, efficient and helpful. The outside of the property didn’t look very nice. However the inside of the property was surprisingly modern especially the room. The bedroom window shade was electronically controlled and bathroom was very modern. The property uses keypad to unlock the main door, the lift and the bedroom. The bedroom is very spacious. The property owner was amazing and prepared a basket of snacks and treats and bottled water in the fridge and an expresso coffee machine. 😀
