"We just got back from our stay in Bracciano and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! The owners Sandro and Rose are absolutely delightful. They will bring you fresh produce from their garden and will do everything to make your stay really enjoyable. Rose was a tremendous help in setting up the appointment to the private lab for the Covid test we had to take before returning to the States (for some bureaucratic reasons the pharmacies would not give you the certification, the cost is the same)....

"The house, the garden and the pool are very nice. Neighbours are hardly visible.The owner is friendly, he solves problems quickly. We visited Rome (2 days) and the three lakes. One problem only: mosquitos (aggressive ones!). You need to be prepared or otherwise to close doors and windows and live inside the house after 7 pm."

"La Casa sul Mare was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Rome. The property was perfectly located to shops and restaurants and the beach. The views were beautiful. The proprietors were AMAZING - making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and abundant. I cannot say enough about our stay except I wish we'd had more time there!"
