The centrally place fireplace in our Parisian room kept us cozy thought the cool spring night and there were space heaters available if needed. Parking was safe and secure on the premises. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, eager to share information and assistance, yet providing you with privacy. A short two block walking distance from Capitola beach , which can get pretty crowded"

"Everything was in great shape lots of space for ten of us ages 9–82. If we had a question the host was right there. She has done a amazing job on the house. Kitchen has all up to date equipment..Fun to cook for the crowd. Places to play, relax and just to visit."
