Staff were a bit hit and miss in knowledge and friendliness. The room was nice but loud even midweek and it can be tricky to find close parking to unload before driving a couple of blocks to park the car. For the price, I would not stay here again.

"The room was small, the view was not of the opera house and no amenities provided but the staff were friendly, the bed very comfortable and the location good. So a good stay but not extraordinary."

Good Location for Early Morning Departure
"Check in is via kiosk. Whenever I book 5his hotel via Hotels.com, computer assigns a room in the air shaft, looking into parking garage. When I book directly with hotel, I receive an external view room. So it appears that Rydges discriminates against 3rd party bookings"
