Piece of Peaceful Rest

"As soon as we drove into the neighborhood… we were at peace. What a tranquil place and home. The house was exactly what was expected and described on the website. Everything was perfectly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make meals. All the appliances were in superb condition. All the bedrooms were clean and well maintained. You will notice that someone put their heart and soul into making this home as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Lastly, the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and stunning from the sand to the water. The home is just a short walk to the beach which was so lovely and perfect. Thank you David and Patti for responding to all our questions and concerns so promptly. And thank you so much for opening your home to us. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you again!!!"

AWESOME

"My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely lovely. Extremely clean and great decor - beachy. The unit is very close to the pool with the short boardwalk to the beach right by the pool. Cindy was very informative and we shall come back again. Nab this one if you can - it is a GEM."

Great stay

"10/10! We had a wonderful time! The beach was easily accessible and you could tell the home was newly remodeled, as everything in the house was clean and in great condition. It was probably a 2 minute walk from the door to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 4 and doggie. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great spring break in Florida!"

Nice, but Needs Improvement

"Overall, the inside of the house was nice and worked out well for our group. The house was nicely cleaned and the AC worked very well, which was definitely needed to survive the FL heat. The beach isn’t too far away and it was relatively easy to get back and forth each day. The beds and couches were pretty hard and not super comfortable, but was fine to sleep and relax on for a few days. The main issues we encountered during our stay were ones that have been mentioned in previous Vacasa reviews: the Wi-Fi password was incorrect, the grass and weeds on the property were overgrown and long, and the water in the hot tub was cloudy and dirty. As 2 of these issues were mentioned in prior reviews, I thought that they would be addressed prior to our arrival. However, that was not the case. My husband and I spoke with 3 different vacasa customer representatives over the course of our stay, and none of the issues were resolved during our stay. The overgrown grass and weeds were especially concerning as we had 4 young children and a dog in our group, and the mosquitos and bugs hiding in the grass essentially made the back yard and outdoor shower unsuitable for playing. A neighbor even stopped by while we were out front to ask about when the grass would be cut. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the vacasa customer service representatives, it didn’t not resolve any issues during our stay because the “local team” was not available."
