"I was worried about negative reviews but hoped these were from people that are hard to satisfy. I was very wrong. The filthiest and dirtiest property we have ever stayed at. Cannot believe it was the Hyatt brand. Stained carpets everywhere - room and common areas, stains on sheets and bedding. Basically a dirty room that was lightly surface-cleaned. Simply disgusting. Paper-thin wall. Overall, a terrible property in dire need of many improvements. This was our first trip, with many more to come to Rochester and will never stay there again. T"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! The whole experience was top notch and even with a slight mix up, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It was a surprise stay for my wife's birthday. I reserved dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, Rose Tavern. The service and food was amazing! The front desk service was tremendous. I run a small business and I know what it takes to serve customers at a high standard. The Lakehouse on Canandaigua Lake will be an expierience and stay to remember!
