Beautiful hotel and property. Staff fantastic! Breakfast incredible! Definitely would stay again and recommend to others. Rooms are very large and beautiful. Room service late at night was one of the best!

Excellent staff, good view and good dining experience.

I had a 2 week trip in Taipei and stayed in 1 x 3 star, 2 x 4 star and a 1 x 5 star hotel. Overall, Grand Victoria had the best service and I believe value for money. Front desk was polite and courteous. They really go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. I had to ask to use the business center for printing documents and needed cardboard boxes for transporting, both demands were met with exceptional speed and great service. I am very satisfied with my stay, despite it located near...

The fitness facility was excellent. Good sauna and steam room. Lots of space in the rooms.

Great room and location

Fantastic property, amazing rooms, and friendly staff. Top notch smart features such as automatic blinds, bidet etc. The elevators are extremely quiet. Unfortunately the location is farther out from the Taipei city Center and any shopping. Even the closest convenience store was not that close which is rare in Taiwan. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and staff was very courteous as well as responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in Taipei.

Outstanding hotel. Didn’t expect too much before my trip.

Very nice

Such an amazing stay at Park Taipei hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and the location was so convenient to MRT and many food/shopping places. Would highly recommend booking here - the rooms are spacious and very clean. It was in a very safe district and the staff were very hospitable.

Its a nice hotel but it has ages a bit. Some more up keep will be good

Staff at reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Great value.. no complaint whatsoever..

Very clean and convinience

We like the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. The location is very convenient.

Friendly staff, clean and well kept property. Love the Sky Garden! They have made recent improvements so it's an even nicer place to relax and take in the view of the mountains.

I loved my stay at this hotel!!! It was very comfortable and super clean! Loved how modern the room was! Not too big, not too small. It was perfect. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful! I really appreciate the suggestions/recommendations given ❤️ I’d definitely stay there when I come back to visit again!
