"We got there early, maybe 11am. I know that is check out time but asked for an early check in. Kept us coming back to ask if a room was ready multiple times and made us wait until 4pm in the end. There is no way they didn't have rooms ready. I use to clean hotel rooms and as soon as they were ready we would call them down to the desk. They were very unhelpful at the front desk until shift change and the lovely ladies were appalled how everyone was treated all day, being told to come back and keep checking when they had no intention of letting us check in. It wasn't just us, there were many. The line up was huge at 4pm when we finally could check in and they only had two people at the desk. "

"Took us over 1 hour to get bedding for the pull out couch…after 3 calls, we finally received them. The shower had no door, so showers were cold. The room was freezing when we got there and took several hours to get cooled down."

"Property is very nice. Parking is only with Valet and costs $30/day. Room was small but clean. Balcony was nice touch. Mattress was not comfortable, it was soft and first night had a difficult time sleeping. Due to spring break, they could not switch us to another room or change the mattress. They did provide us with complimentary late check out which was fair although we checked out on time. Overall very good experience. Beach is very clean, breakfast was good with cutoff time of 11am which is unheard of in most hotels. If they can provide a good mattress that does not feel like a water bed, this is great hotel. "
