Neither my family nor I received the room originally booked. The pricing is exorbitant. The gentleman at the front desk provided the poorest customer service, neglecting us, dismissing us verbally, and exhibiting hostility as if he intended to intimidate my family and me. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with rat droppings on the bed and the unit being rented with snot on the wall, inappropriate inscriptions on picture frames, and there was no hand or shower soap. The paintwork and baseboards were in deplorable condition. Upon entry, one observed trash on the couch and floor, as if house keeping swept and pushed aside the debree to the edges.
