East location, large rooms checked in online but getting a room key seemed to take forever due to systems I guess! Facilities are good, NCP car park round the corner but back way walk is past bins, dirty backstreets and grotty alley ways which is a shame.. not the hotels fault but to recommend this car park isn’t ideal

"nice place to stay in Bristol if you want to be in town where everything is. Parking was a little tricky, but overall the hotel was excellent after we first went to a not so nice place south of town. We were saved by finding this place on hotels.com at the last minute!"

"The hotel is conveniently situated and has a spa which is why I booked it. My room was upgraded and nicely decorated and quirky; the ceiling must be about 30 ft high!
