"We stayed two days and no one came to service the room"

"We stayed two days and room was not clean"

"Checkin was all digital, no in person, and received a 2nd floor room that was all blocked by an ugly wall and giant ac unit. Had to check our bags back in for the 2nd time, while waiting for a changed room... this time talking with a person. What a difference it makes, 26th floor with a decent view. The rooms safe was closed and needed a tech to reset, and we were required to sit in our room to wait for his arrival. After 30 min we called services again and complained that we were not paying to sit in the room, nor did we come to visit LV to sit in our room. It was already 2pm, we were in LV for almost 4 hours at this point. All this could have been avoided prior to our arrival. 2nd day, the toilet didnt flush, we had to use the lobby bathroom after they hadn't fixed the issue in the first 2 hours. After coming back around 4 hours later it was fixed. Hard to find friendly people working here also, unless you're pre tipping, then the smiles and service show up. We've stayed at this hotel casino a few times, hard pressed to think we'll return."

"Place was under construction no problem office was closed had to go to other property to get key and check in no problem my biggest problem is they kept my deposit money without as ny explains, left the room clean took out the trash , made sure everything was picked up and emptied like no problem but fiirst place I've stayed at where they kept my deposit money that I needed left at checkout time office still closed left key in their little slot but no office manger on property didn't have time to chase them down at other property had a death in the family and that was my priority at that time , property was ok under construction I understand but no body there for checkout or check in had to chase down on another property my time and my gas to check in who accounts for that if I stayed longer who pays I do but who is to say I checked out at that time ? House keeping was there at 11vam when I was leaving but do I have to do their job at check in and check out why no office personnel there on property? Why no explanation on my deposit money ,,? Poor management don't go here unless you want to get ripped off "

"Quick check in and out. Price for the room was very reasonable. Good security especially in the Casino. The slot machines were looser than any I have experienced before. The restaurant had a wide menu and the food was good and reasonably priced. The room was comfortable."

"Its one of my favorite hotel to stay, rooms are always clean, large size, and the viwes to downtown are amazing from here. Can alway fund reasonable prices, and only about 20 minutes to downtown or freemount street. "
