"Rooms were clean & well serviced. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good way over expensive in hotel. Casino - did not play. Self check in was a disaster. All members in my group had difficulty. My 2 rooms were not checked in together, and were going to be on separate floors until I had to wait in the long line to get assistance at the desk. Not staffed at all for the volume of guests. The line was always long & it should have been better stated considering there were soccer teams & spring break guests coming and going. I wasted over an additional hour after trying for over 30 minutes to check in my group. Self Check out was convenient & easier. Dealing with the tournament organizers and the hotels working with the tournament was ridiculous and not seamless. Room cards didn’t work for the 3 of us with vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot. The instructions and directions are confusing. No bar fridge is absolutely robbery for your guests. That shouldn’t be an additional request and cost for any hotel but especially for a family friendly hotel. The pool was under construction which was not advertised & was a huge surprise when we arrived. Parking should be prioritized for hotel guests on big event days. Lot was full w/event attending cars Saturday. 1 from our group didn’t get a spot Saturday til late. Elevators ATROCIOUS! Red elevator took over :30 to get down & check out guests all fuming, complaining at services desk. All hotels s/b NONSMOKING! 100% UNDER STAFFED!!!!!"

"The smell of something similar to sewer lingered throughout the room and hallways. The room had no table and only 1 chair for 3 guests. The shower water did not run hot. "

"I stayed at this property for my wedding, and we encountered several significant issues. First, there was a leak coming from the refrigerator that soaked a large portion of the room. During this time, they were unwilling to move us to another room. Instead, we were inconvenienced by having someone come in to clean the rug. Since it remained wet and I was concerned about it developing an odor, they provided a floor fan, which was noisy and took up space. In addition to the leak, we only had access to extremely hot water in the shower, which made it uncomfortable to use. At that point, they offered to move us to another room, but it would have meant losing our view. I understand that unexpected situations can occur; however, I am disappointed with how this was handled. The staff was neither courteous nor apologetic, which made the experience even more frustrating."
