"Lovely rooms just horrible layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the stuffy hallway to the room. The signs were not helpful to point us in the needed direction and Malik just stated to go to the elevators behind the wall. Dont use this hyatt if you need to use the shuttle service as it only has "three stops" that it makes"

"Very nice room, minutes away from all you could want in Boston. Do your research, older building in the heart of the city. Not all rooms have private bathrooms, ours had a very nice bathroom with a very small shower. Again be prepared for an older city building, clean but not spacious. Parking was easy with the instructions provided. Overall great accommodations,would definitely stay here again."

"Close to fenway"

"Our flat was in a brownstone row adjacent to a city park and greenway. Check-in and checkout was fast and easy. The residences are in a lovely neighborhood close to everything in the Back Bay. It was a completely exceptional experience!"
