Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree
Booked here because they had handicapped rooms, and lift by pool and jacuzzi. After driving 6 hours we needed to stretch and relax, but both lifts were broken, didn't even have battery. I had called prior to arrival and they said was working.. we were disappointed

Harborside Inn Of Boston
Absolutely perfect place to stay in the heart of Boston. Sparkling clean, bed like a cloud, lovely linens, spacious room, gracious and professional staff, and an awesome restaurant! We go to Boston every three months and stay at Harborside Inn very time!!!
