Un séjour remarquable
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel spécifiquement en raison des bons avis sur le site hotels.com et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le personnel est souriant (en débutant avec le service de transport de l’aéroport à l’hôtel) et nous a offert des solutions (arrivée avant l’heure du check in, départ à l’extérieur des heures de déjeuner, transport à l’aéroport avec un taxi payé à la réception en l’absence d’argent comptant, etc.). Bref, ce fût une expérience formidable dans la tranquilité et le confort.

La paix d'un hotel
Hotel tres propre. Le service de navette très ponctuel et gratuit, à l'aéroport El Dorado il faut aller au deuxième étage porte 5.... Il y a quelqu'un dehors qui demande si nous avons une réservation avec l' Hôtel Aloft et cette personne appel la navette pour accorder un service de meilleure qualité. La chambre tranquille, très confortable, propre, eau chaude et froide. Je suis allée avec ma mascotte, l' Hôtel lui a donné la nourriture et de l'eau.... tout compris dans le pris. Le déjeuner..... magnifique, grande variété des fruits, café, chocolat, oeufs, yogourt, pains, arepas, jus, etc. Le resto très beau, la décoration, les couleurs et la présentation des aliments vraiment organisée. Le personnel courtois, respecteux, ils sont là pour le client! Si j'en ai besoin d' un autre séjour, c'est sûr que je choisirais l' hôtel Aloft!

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et toujours très satisfaite. Excellent emplacement près de l'aéroport et avec un service de navette très pratique pour les valises et éviter les taxis. Personnel bienveillant et très professionnel. Excellent petit déjeuner et le restaurant et room service bons et pratiques. Bar et table de billard sur place. À deux minutes à pieds supérette, pharmacie et différentes offres de restauration rapide, cafés et bar à bière. Chambres grandes, bien insonorisées et propres.

Perfect to stay close to the airport
Perfect for those wanting to stay close to the airport or the business district (no night life around or anything like that, although Transmilenio is closeby). Great breakfast, we really appreciate the fruits and typical dishes. Good service, easy booking and good shuttle arrangements.

Première expérience dans la chaîne hôtelière Aloft et quelle belle surprise! Hôtel bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et qui offre le service de navette gratuit. Quant aux installations et à la chambre, tout est moderne, propre et hyper fonctionnel! Le déjeuner - aussi inclus - est varié et délicieux. Bravo Aloft!

A prendre si vous avez un vol très tôt !
Hotel proche de l'aéroport, le lobby est agréable, le resto aussi mais malgré le nombre important de serveur le service est d'une lenteur impressionnante ! Il n'y a rien autour de l'hotel alors soyez prévoyants. Pour les familles avec enfants en bas age, il n'y a pas de lit bébé. Point fort : la navette gratuite 24/24 et 7/7 pour l'aéroport. Les chambres sont propres, agréables et grandes. Salle de bain aux standards internationaux.

Loved the stayed at Aloft. Restaurant service incredibly slow. The lady at the front desk who seemed to be the manager was rude and every time we had a question was never able to answer, we asked the shuttle driver to put our luggage in the car and she called him in and yelled at the poor guy for doing so 5 min before the time. I felt terrible for the way she addressed the issue in front of everyone.

Aloft is pretty consistent in appearance and service world wide. Pros: quiet room with comfortable beds, good breakfast, decent location with shops and cafes nearby. Cons: NO hot water!! Inconsistent room service, and room with zero ventilation (windows don’t open and no a/c made it stifling in the room, but we were told this was because they were eco-friendly…)
