Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed for the night and left early morning. It looked like the hotel was booked up, so we left it but unfortunate and left feedback directly to the hotel too.
