"Liked the breakfast and the parking."

"Very pleased with how clean the room was, the bed was comfortable. Our flight had a 2 hour delay and we were anle checked in at 1:30am."

"We absolutely LOVE staying here. It’s the reason we keep coming back every year!"

"This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

"Property was exactly as described. Perfect lodging for our group of four and easy location for our Kennebunkport/Portland/Freeport weekend trip. Communication with Nick and Kayla was easy."

"This little house was absolutely charming! The owners were very accommodating and flexible with our dates and last minute booking. The house is incredibly cozy and the outdoor porch was a big hit. The location of this house is also amazing as you have access to the ocean, marsh and a beautiful pond. E would love to return with our grandkids who would love it! Thank you Shannon and Jim for sharing your special house with us!"

"Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained, complimentary breakfast, all at a very reasonable price 👍. Overall a great place to stay. I would certainly stay again."
