The house is amazing/charming…but as with most realty- it’s location, location, location. The house grounds themselves are superb: waves crashing on rocks, fire pit patio, etc. But you’re also a 5 min walk to fortunes rock beach and a 13 min drive to Kennebunkport. The location is amazing and just a short walk from Fortune's Rock Beach. Every single bedroom has an amazing view of the ocean.The only reason I'm not leaving a five-star review is because we had a huge dog tick problem while we were staying in the house. Anytime we spent even a few minutes outside - whether just on the side porch or at the fire pit, or just walking around the yard, someone found a dog tick crawling on them. The house was so well prepared for our arrival. We felt so welcome.
