« This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....

« The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. « We had an amazing stay at this waterfront Maine property. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for enjoying the Maine coast while still feeling peaceful and somewhat private. « The location was very convenient. Easy drive to downtown Saco and Biddeford. As well as very quick access to the highway so Portland and other points are easy to get to. Ample parking. »

« Not one to stay at with young kids or for anyone who can’t do steep stairs! There was unfortunately black mold on the shower curtain, in the washing machine and in the bathroom. It was in a loud part of town as well and didn’t necessarily feel the safest. The check-in process was easy, though! »
