« Wonderful condo/townhome steps from downtown Estes Park. The property was clean, with fresh furnishings, fixtures, and decor. When we arrived, there were several elk across the stream to welcome us to Colorado. My kids and I loved listening to the stream, and my son even did fly fishing in it (with/ a fishing license). This was really an awesome vacation rental, and we couldn't have been happier. I'd definitely recommend this spot to friends and family. »

« We are quite picky and this rental surpassed our expectations. First, it is in a wonderful location in Loveland, walking distance to tons of coffee shops and restaurants. The off-street parking spot was a huge benefit. The actual unit had so much character and the owner put so many personal touches into making our stay wonderful. Slippers, cloth shopping bags, tons of kitchen supplies (coffee, snacks, etc). The air hockey table and massage chair were a big perk and made our stay a bit more fun....

« Lovely location. We have stayed in these condos several times. It can be a bit warm in upstairs bedroom so you might use a fan. The kitchen is good. Need to look up how to dispose of trash. All and all we had a great time. We love Grand Lake. »

« Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. « This property was well appointed with everything we needed and it was clear everything was well thought out. There was tons of space for our stuff, and the kitchen was easy to use and included all the items we needed. The balcony was so nice for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
